Kaguya is a mysterious 16 year old girl who often wearing white and black sailor uniform, concealed with black hoodie to hide her face and armed with her weapon an ancient samurai sword with pure silver blade. But, in truth somehow, she is a vampire from Edo Period with an unknown reasons.
She was sent to Nara by her father's friend, Mr Takenori Tsukishiro,whom she called uncle, founder of Tsukishiro organization about the weird rumours about a long term syndrome called "Chiigetsu  Syndrome （血月シンヅロ-ム）" which cause the victim's  skin turned pale white and their eyeballs became bloodshot red and kill each other everytime they went to the festival and killed someone during the full moon. There she met a school boy named Mikado Tsukishima who runs away from hordes led by a paranoid Priest. Realising that boy is the Emperor's descendant, she takes action. Sensing these hordes and the priest had already succumbed to the Chiigetsu Syndrome as she sees their skin turned pale white and their eyeballs became bloodshot red, she harmless stuns them  with her agile strength. Finding out that priest is in fact a vampire, she is very disgusted while unseath her sword, only to have Mikado hostaged and begged to live but she manage to outsmart him by saying she will drive her sword through. Panicked, he tried to run away as he knew that she might stab the boy but she teleports, catch the priest and stabbed at the back with a sword dissolves into dust, leaving Mikado's life spared. Kaguya turned to Mikado and ask his name and when he does, she used her blood and put on his neck and body to heal that rashes, saying that she's here for him and at morning, she surprisingly goes to old rehabilitation school where Mikado and his friends studied, since that every student were recover from incident and she starts to befriend them with her unique charisma as she became popular due to her unique beauty and wits.
