Chapter 4: Rolling Wind Tazuki Susanoo

--In the darkness--

"Sloth..Adonis of Indolent..have you found the jewel?"

"No, master...but I've encountered by the two insolent twerps got in the way!!"

"Alastair and Hydra, two Benevolent Adonis Gods...had together with the two boys from Terra..a samurai and a priest...they must have known that we take action..especially the one we fear of..The Flame-haired Blazing eyed Phoenix and Dark Flame-haired Blazing Eyed Dragon!!"

"But, they got a little girl with them.."

"A girl? The one who's not affected by the green smoke?"

"she has your eyes and hair color..."

"Hmmm..Interesting..Find the Jade Jewel with the Adonis of Voracious with you...I need that stone to revive Yuihwa!! Make no mistake!!"

"I, Sloth, Adonis of Indolent, will go!!"


--On Earth--

"The wind...it tells me that somebody has come for a certain child...I must be quick!!"


At the park, we just having eating together at Dunkin' Donuts restaurant (on the outside to enjoy the breeze) and I never imagine Kurei and Satoshi enjoys eating sweet things make them in a good mood.

"Aaah! (munch!munch!) I love this food!" said Satoshi cutely while munching on a white coated dougnut with strawberry jam in it.
"It's very creamy, I love it!!" Kurei follows later while eating a munchkin' bread coated with white sugar and grape jam in it.
"Heheh' I awkwardly laugh "You guys act like it's your first time eating it"
"It's been a while they got used to eat food in this world" said Alastair in a fatherly giggle. "As expected from Kurei-sama and Satoshi-sama!" giggled Hydra on the table we sat.
Then, far away, we heard a gossiping from the middle schoolers..

"have you heard..a night monster that eats human flesh?"
"I know! a monster that roams in the night. is it?"
"Some said that if you go by yourself, you'll be eaten by a monster..leave no evidence!!"
"That monster looks hungry and started eating human flesh voraciously until it's done..no blood or what..just clean like that!!"
"so scary!! I don't want to go alone!!"

"Girls do like gossiping other thing, is it?" I nodded.Then, Satoshi spotted a falcon came and started flying towards us. I screamed but turn out that falcon is very friendly as it landed on Satoshi's shoulder.
"Hayabusa!!" Satoshi shouts in delight as the Falcon rubbing its head on Satoshi's soft cheek
"hehehe! what'cha doing here?" then, Hayabusa flies gently towards me and rubbed on my skin. I giggled, knowing that it's feather is very soft. A very coarse yet warm voice came about Hayabusa. "Hayabusa likes making friends with you, miss Kasugano. Notably, that Hayabusa don't do on strangers".
"Tazuki-san? you're here?" Satoshi and Kurei simultaneously recognized the voice behind me. As I turn, a big man appeared, wearing casual out fit, peach-skin colour, blue eyes like a deep sea, his hair is longer with pony-tail position and the colour remind me of a green turquoise like crystal, like a lagoon, and has a kind face. He looks dreamy like most girls' fantasy, as if he is a reincarnated Wind God. But judging from my age with Satoshi and Kurei, he is in his late 20s!!
"Yo~!Tazuki!! Still working at the Bakery?" Kurei casually greets Tazuki
"I'm in my off-day, now!" he said happily while walking towards them. "Hitomi, that is Tazuki Susanoo, he is an Adonis Hunter like ourselves" Satoshi introduce him to me, as he show something on his pony-tail where he pointing at, a turquoise pearl on his stitching hair as it spokes "I am Wingdam, Adonis of Wind of Verity, it was good meet you all. Thou art must have battle against other common Adonis i speaks". I never thought he spoke so ancient, like a medieval times..quite attractive and gorgeous...*gasp* wait what?!
"It's good to see you, Wingdam." Said Alastair in majestic way. "Hi, uncle!!" Hydra greets him in casual way. "Alastair and little girl Hydra...It's an honor to meet thou" greets Wingdam in a majestic way. I saw Tazuki look at the rose and he seems enjoying looking flowers. "You like flowers?" I asked. "Yeah. Especially Roses, it represents freedom from the tyranny"
"You're as passionate as roses yourself" Satoshi comply with a smile on his face.
"Yeah, Just like old times. You like flowers!" Kurei laughed while teasing Tazuki
"Stop that, not in front of a girl!" shouted Tazuki in embarrassment, and this is the first time I ever feel calm around them when they talk and laugh. I never knew Satoshi is so warm and charismatic as well.

Suddenly, Tazuki told us in an eerie way while eating a doughnut with strawberry coat with sprinkles. "have you three hear about Night monsters? I heard some of people talk about it."
Kurei scoffs with a munchkin in his mouth swallowed in a spiteful remarks "Ceh! Girls! Always talking this and that! There's no such thing of a night monster!! Such childish superstitious hocus-pocus"
But Satoshi decline that "Kurei, what if it's related to the Adonis we fought earlier? After all, it might be the lesser one or much common one!"
"You're saying that Adonis Monsters has a lot of ranks?" I questioned
"You could say that" Kurei said while putting a glasses "Hydra, open up"
"Right 'o!!" Hydra cheerfully jumps and open the book and what I saw that an inscription about Adonis;
It reads Adonis (or Adoni in plural) is latin word and it refers to Greek God of Ideal and Desire. Years ago, Adonis was born as a light when a woman named Pandora open the box. Adonis is made of light that could create a better future for humans for their ideal and desire for their own good. But, suddenly, humans began to war, fight each other for it, due to greed of humans, Yuihwa, the Jade Goddess, told the 3 leaders on each side of their clansmen to stop the war. However, angered at their brethren's refusal to listen, they decide to destroy the light and banished those who oppose them. The light, destroyed by the leaders, had split into two parts; Good and Evil. The good ones born from human's positive emotion; such as love, courage, hope, friendship, purity, happiness and joy whereas the evil ones born from human's seven sins; Pride, Lust, Greed, Envy, Sloth, Gluttony and Wrath, are beings with incredible longevity, astonishing regenerative properties and a host of varied superhuman abilities.
The evil ones prey on those who had negative emotion whereas the good ones chose those who has a strong will. They have three categories, the lesser ones is much like a mannequin with one large eye and big smile, the middle ranks are like zombie looking with a huge weapons, the high ranks are much human in form and very powerful.

"They sound dangerous..and they have the colour of my hair and my eyes" I said in astonishment.
"It could be..maybe not.." Satoshi responded while looking the area with cautious "That one we fought is just a warm-up! It might be the bigger one or worst than the previous ones!"
"What's their objective anyway?" I said in worried "Why they keep attacking me?"
"They are after the child with the Jade Jewel and it could be trying to revive Yuihwa" Answered Tazuki and he sounded serious
"So, what to do now Satoshi?" Kurei says to Satoshi "I don't know..and we got Hitomi involved this fight..." he was unsure
"Don't worry, Satoshi. You'll have to guard Hitomi-sama and find the stone before they do" Tazuki advices Satoshi.

In school, another news came. Said that a drunken man was killed by a night monster, 10 student from other middle school also were eaten by it and this time, they live an evidence, a witnessed show a weird looking monster the one in the anime movie "Fullmetal Alchemist Conqueror of Shamballa" or something like that...A large body with a protruding bones on its back but the image wasn't cleared. It assumed it was taken before eaten away.

We were walking after school and we talk as Satoshi said "I sensed an enemy nearby..."
"Are you sure?" I said to made sure he is right. "I'm going to find out who is this night monster is..." I thought to him "did you meant...the bad Adonis like you, Kurei and Tazuki talked about?"
"It might be it" Then, we arrive at the bakery shop where Tazuki took part as a shop owner and boy-oh boy! he has a lot of customers likes his cupcakes and makes me watery--includes Satoshi too*_*-- in here a lot of them gossiping about the case of "Night Monster" they talk about.
Then, I sensed--this time it's not just Satoshi, Kurei and Tazuki can see shadows--something nearby which Satoshi shocked that I can sensed "Hitomi? What wrong?" He too sensed an Adonis nearby "Alastair..Is that..?"
"Yes" said Alastair.."it's another common Adonis..but..Hitomi, how did you detect it so quickly" I just went silent and somehow scared
"Why Hitomi can feel it too? Don't tell she has that.." Satoshi thought suspiciously about me then I saw something behind Tazuki and it's has sharp teeth and rib bones on it's back.
"Tazuki-san!! Ushiro mite!! (behind you!!)" I shouted at Tazuki and he dodges as the monsters attack the shop, causing anyone runs away in panic. From what I see is a monster in a large, multi-limbed monster as it said "Wow! So full of delicious humans...Sloth, can I eat them all" Sloth appeared "Just don't eat the girl. She's ours!!"
"Okay". With a speed of light, it attack us and we manage to dodge it as Satoshi turns into his Flaming red hair in samurai outfit and shots a multiple light "Aura Sphere" towards that monster, whom they called Gluttony.
"You've finally showed up, Empatsu no Shakugan no Samurai (Flaming-haired Blazing eyed Samurai)!! said Sloth gleefully "if you want to live, tell me where is the girl with you?"
Satoshi turned scorned "You better don't lay a finger on me and I'm not telling you where is she!" he jumps as soon that monster attacks him with a limb "he's so tasty. I'm gonna gobble you up" he said while open his mouth wide to eat Satoshi but a purple dragon appeared, it came from Kurei as he said "I wont let you eat my rival!" which Sloth immediately angry "Why you always appeared in a whole times when i made ruckus in this place?"
"you've messed with Mr. Profanity, missy elliot!" Kurei teased with an annoying smile on his face, causing Sloth angrilly shouts "I had it with you, brat!!" and they start to brawl.
Satoshi is still attacking Gluttony with his "Arrow of Fire" but it absorbed his attack. Then, I saw a falcon, Hayabusa heading straight towards Gluttony clad with a wind hit directly towards its head, so hard and can't believe my eyes, Hayabusa that is so small can take down anything that bigger than itself. Then, a voice came "Wind Blade", Hayabusa automatically swings it wings, sending a multiple blades of winds and it cuts most of metal, include Gluttony's skin as it wails in pain. A Ninja came, he wore an shinobi shozoku signifies his rank as a Master Ninja. He also wear a mask that conceal his face and wore a red bandanna with a symbol of Ying-Yang. He even wears a falcon like ninja head piece but leaves his head and hair bare. "Tazuki!!" Satoshi and Kurei shouted at the Ninja. I was shocked! That is Tazuki Susanoo? I didn't imagine he looks cool at being a ninja. "For a monster, prey on humans with such voracious, and seemingly unable to ever satisfy it's hunger, and destroyed my garden of roses. Unforgivable!!"
"Tazuki?! The Rolling wind Falcon Warrior?! Curses!!" Sloth surprises in anger at the sight of him. He dissappered as soon the battle started but where could be hiding? I thought, then I saw behind Tazuki, Kurei and Satoshi as Sloth tries to ambush them and I screamed "behind you!!" as I exposes Sloth's stealth attack who firing a multiple shadow beams. But, suddenly, Hayabusa creates wind shield in circular position to protects us with a barrier of wind, "Winds of Protection!" as Tazuki commands Hayabusa.


"That flower boy ninja?! I'LL GOBBLE YOU UP!!" Gluttony attacks us in an amazing speed towards us with his mouth opens as wide as Venus' fly trap's cup covered with Saliva. But, Satoshi grabs me out of a way from its mouth, "Careful, his drool is deadly!" I was shocked about that saliva and Kurei added "Once touched by it will be a rotten eggs!!" and both kicked Gluttony hard to the walls. Sloth then attacks with a massive big punch "Curse you!!"
Tazuki interrupts by grabbed Sloth behind and launching Sloth into the air and then doing a spinning pile driver and slamming his enemy head first into the ground, creating a shockwave, causing it to vomiting dark green blood. "Kurei, now!!"
"Let's get dangerous" said Kurei as he places his hand in "hadouken" stance, gathering energy from the surrounding area between his hands, which subsequently takes the form of a large, black globe. Sloth knows this technique and tried to run away but Satoshi used his sword to slice his legs. made him fall. Gluttony saw what happen and tries to get Sloth's aid, but Kurei sends a devastating attack towards them in a form of a large black-purple beam in shape of a ruby red eyed black and purple dragon as he shouts "Umbra Oblivionis!! (Shadow Oblivion in Latin), Followed by Satoshi's "Fahrenheit X Slash" as he creates dual slash of fire with his swords and Tazuki's "Emerald Typhoon!!" as he commands Hayabusa flaps his wings, sending out a strong gust of wind towards the defeated Sloth and Gluttony, incenerated them to ashes as Sloth said "Curse you Adonis Hunter..Curse you.." and Gluttony cried "Lust! Help me...!" and ceased to exists. Then, the victims Gluttony ate are actually not died but devouring alive and thankfully they are alive but they don't remember after they got attacked and soon reunited with their respective families.

"That's strange, Hitomi" said Tazuki in amazement "How did you know that Sloth attacks us from behind and seeing Gluttony tries to eat me?"
"I..um..I actually can see the unseen and the hidden shadows and knows past and future...I shunned by society because of my abilities" I tell them honestly
"Anyhow, it's quite useful. If if weren't for you, we would've goner" Satoshi said acknowledging my ability. "So, Tazuki? Why are you and Hayabusa here?"
"The wind has brought me and Hayabusa here to meeting you all!" Tazuki answered "It tells me that the world was about to disrupted.."
"They've come for me..why?" I said
"They thought that you are the key of the jewel but you must be protected..once we find other Adonis Hunters, we must return our home"
"Where? Where are you came from..."
Satoshi looked at me with a serious face "...We're from Terra, the sister world of your world Earth!"
